The thing about Pelican is:

*The things about Pelican ARE: Numerous. It is an incredible bar with great service and decorum, it even feels good just to be there. If they sold useless junk, I would still buy it. Everything about the place is good. I have been meaning to ask all of the bartenders over to my place for a game of Monopoly but I am yet to work up the courage probably because even Hercules wouldn't deserve to have such a bunch of legends at his place. If I tried to put into words the quality of this place I would end up making a patch of katsu curry in the back of my underwear, so just read the maximum of five stars at the top of this review and go buy some Guinness from this...

This place is so charming! An eclectic, old cinema feel has been inbedded in the interior design, making this place feel warm and cozy as soon as you walk in.

It's everything you want in a cozy local bar. The popcorn machine and pool table is a huge plus.

One downside: it can get insanely busy in the later hrs of the night due to its perfect location. A lot of restaurant staff end up here to party.

Saturday night, we walk around the streets to find a place to sit down and catch up. We find this place. Such a nice homey environement, with nice decor, it came to our surprise that this place was not pack. They have a nice pool table, free popcorn and very affordable drinks. The place is upscale and clean, looks very trendy not like a dive bar. I wasn't a fan of my Caesar, and that is the only reason this got a 4 out of 5 and...
