Dairy Queen (Treat) — Local services in Montreal

Got the worst service at Dairy Queen today! I was very dissatisfied with our visit. We had to repeat our order three times to the staff (who appeared stoned) and when I received the half/half cone i ordered it came super small. It was half the size it normally is, it was already melting and was all vanilla with one little scoop of chocolate on top. When I’ve ordered this item before (less than two weeks ago) it came much higher was equal amounts chocolate to vanilla. When I told the cashier Jess that this is not how I usually get my order, she rudely said “No you’re wrong, this is always how we serve it. I know I’ve been here for years!”. All in all, it’s usually not a bad place to stop for ice cream but today left a bad taste...

It's usually go to arrive before 8:55 pm without there being an excessive line and zero vacant places to park. We had to change our plans today because of these problems. You try to look for a parking spot and you have no choice but to exit the parking if there aren't any spots. If there is space, you have very limited place to turn your car and the lot's layout is unfeasible. Also, their peanut buster has zero flavour of peanut butter placed at the base; you might as well order a sundae with peanuts because there is nothing special about a peanut buster. I go to a lot of Dairy Queen‘s and usually I do not review because they are for the most part very consistent. I felt I needed to review this one because it was really substandard. I ordered a blizzard with hot fudge and pecans, which is one of my most common orders. There was so little fudge that it just neutralized the flavor of the ice cream that it didn’t taste vanilla or chocolate. There were so few pecans that I was getting a small little piece of pecan every 3 to 4 bites. Usually there is enough hot fudge to give it flavor and pecans in every bite with many of those pecans being Sizable chunks. I was really disappointed and will not be back to...
