Service struggled today. Cashier was able to take our order without any issues, and there where 3 people ahead of us waiting for their orders.

That's where things fell apart. 4 servers prepping orders for us and the customers ahead of us.

Here's what I observed: I ordered 4 items, customers ahead had 3 items. Two items completely messed up for customers that didn't exist. Our orders were messy with chocolate sauce dripping all over the outside of the cups requiring an extra wipe (not noticed by the server). While preparing our last order (Choco blitz) the server fumbled, spilling the order and some service containers on the counter spilling over to the floor.

Between the chaos and lack of enthusiasm between the servers (no smiles, looked tired), it was my least enjoyable visit at this store.

Although their ice cream is alright, they have horrible management and refuse to resolve problems when they occur.

I called to explain that I ordered two chocolate sundaes using the Doordash app and that I paid nearly $26 dollars for ice cream that was half full, their response was to contact Doordash for a refund, as if Doordash was causing the issue. They said there's nothing they can do other than write down a note so it doesn't happen again.

Fast forward two weeks, I decide to order again. I was hoping the problem was resolved but It clearly wasn't. I get two half full chocolate sundaes for $26 dollars once again. If you subtract the dash fee, I'm still paying $20 dollars for one sundae. These people are a total rip off and are beyond incompetent. Best to stay away and try another place.

Superb decor with a wide variety of delicacies including some creative frozen delights such a chocolate poutine. The only downside is the amount of sweetness and thickness of the dip just ruins the softserve ice cream, to the point that my two youngsters and myself were longing for a glass of milk or a coffee to wash down the mad sugar rush. And this is from a sweet tooth. Nonetheless, I definitely recommend trying their Blitz as they are on another level!
