I had the worst customer service experience of my life at this location on Saturday, August 31st, around 6 PM. When I walked in, there was no staff present for about 20 seconds. After saying "hello" twice, a female employee finally emerged from the kitchen, wearing AirPods. Without any greeting, she informed me that the store's system was down, and I would need to place my order online, otherwise, I couldn't order at the counter.
I used the Subway app to order a chicken teriyaki bowl with the veggies I wanted. When I asked her if my order went through, she ignored me, seemingly distracted by her AirPods. After about 20-25 seconds, she finally began preparing my bowl. However, she added onions, which I hadn’t ordered. When I pointed this out, she gave me a hostile look, checked the receipt, and claimed that I had ordered onions. I explained that I hadn’t, and that it must have been an issue with the online system. Her response was dismissive and rude, insisting that it wasn't her problem.
As I tried to communicate which veggies I wanted, she informed me that they were out of spinach and jalapeños. When I asked if she could add a little more of the available veggies to make up for it, she gave me another death stare and said, “I already put more than enough, what else do you want?” in an angry tone. At this point, I had enough of her attitude and calmly told her that I was simply asking for a little more, not a difficult request. She then irritably added more veggies and repeatedly told me that she had already given me more than usual, handing over the bowl with visible frustration.
When I asked for a bag, she charged me 15 cents and punched it into the system—which I thought was supposed to be down? I decided to skip the bag and walked out. As I was leaving, I heard her sarcastically say, “You should say thank you.” It was both ridiculous and laughable.
To make matters worse, another couple entered the store while I was placing my order, and she told them the system was down without mentioning that they could order online. They left without ordering, which means she deliberately let a customer walk out.
I recently moved to this area and was looking forward to becoming a regular at this Subway, but I will never spend another penny here as long as this employee remains. If you’re the owner, you need to address this issue immediately. Her attitude and behavior are driving away customers and losing...

After ; I received an email from a restautant owner, Nima. He insisted that his staff is abiding by the highest standard of hygienic. Ooops. And he rejected my requirement for the full refund, even if my sandwichds were contaminted by staff's saliva and I have given up having these sandwiches. He has already forgot Covid-19's catastrophe. He only believed their staff abides by the highest standard of hygienic and closed my case on his way. I will not come back here. I've complained about my issue to Subway's official website.
