Incredibly talented staff. To be able to master such a variety of cuisines is an exceptional talent. I have tried a wide variety of items from their menu (which has different items every week, and have never once been disappointed. No, more than that: I have never been less than impressed, and often ecstatic. And to couple all of this with a very, very reasonable price of $10-13 for their lunch menu is absolutely unbelievable.
