Rude to my daughter, while I was on a mother daughter's date. The technician tugged at my daughter's hands & would not let her have both her hands to pick out the nail color samples, inpatient is not the word I would use, my daughter's nail technician not once smiled, and very frankly seemed as if she did not want us there, or in a rush to get the next client in the seat, she was irritated by my daughter, my daughter continued to struggled with one hand, and I had to go over to help her pick her colors since the technician wasn't letting her pick through the stack of colors. They were not gentle with her & hurt her while filing her nails, she later told me how painful it was. My daughter is 10 and that was her first experience getting her nails professionally done, horrible experience, will not go again
