Used to enjoy this pizza place. Received a very poor order with the owner reluctant to rectify their issues. Overcooked, few toppings. At first, they were apologetic, then passed the blame. Originally, the pizza was prepared due to training new staff. Please note, the pizzas in the picture are acceptable products according to the owner. This is also confirmed with their response to this review.
The owner has refunded the order, but is still passing the blame to the customer, even after saying the issue was due to "Due to new staff in training".
Attached is the owners response to the original complaint - went to give swan pizza another chance, ordered online and the owner refused the order and required I visit the store to receive my online payment back. All of this, because I requested a refund for some poorly made pizza's.
The owner has now changed their response multiple time - going to mentioning multiple pizza places to order from to refusing orders because of a bad review to now apologizing for the experience.
Please note - I ordered again because I did like their pizza and wanted to give them a chance to redeem themselves, they refused my order because I complained about sub-par pizza. I did not post a negative review until...
Read moreReally too bad but I previously had rated this 5 stars after it opened. But as time went on it was really starting to become hit and miss until we had a brutally overcooked pizza and decided to stop ordering altogether. We didn't order again till about 10 months later and decided to try it again and it was great!! Sadly we tried again 2 weeks later and the pizza was so badly undercooked we had to fry each piece separately on cast iron pans at home before eating. 1 of the pizzas was completely unsalvageable though as it was basically dough through out.
It's a shame as the owners are really nice but this would be at least the 4th time it was bad, and this time it was inedible.
I'd you happen to catch them on a good day, it's really good however have become...
Read moreGot a pick up order last night, spicy perogy and the Tuscan and I absolutely loved it! The potatoes are a similar consistency to wedges (not as crispy) which I really liked. The sesame seed crust was actually really good and the crust itself is very very soft and fluffy, not crispy except where cheese would have touched the pan. I can tell the put in a lot of effort into presentation, the drizzle on the perogy was something out of a commercial! Too bad I didn't take a photo so y'all will have to take my word lol. Also it made awesome leftovers, when I microwaved it the crust was just as soft unlike other places where it gets chewy and tough. I might get it well done next time because my partner likes crispy crust but I personally...
