Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Nanaimo

FIRST OFF , I’d like to say I have left a review before & it wasn’t a very nice one before but I have decided to come back & change my review & give them 5 stars .. ONLY because of TWO PEOPLE that work at this location that have gone above & beyond every time my partner & myself have walked in. We look forward to walking into this location and seeing these two individuals because of the hard workers they are and just genuine good people! In my opinion BOTH these workers deserve a raise, there customer service is by far the best customer service I have ever received & all the other employees at this location should take note! These two employees I am speaking of are ASHER & MOHAMMED ☺️ they’re amazing people & they never mess up on our orders EVER! If the manager is reading this please let them know about this review & compliment them on how good of a job they are doing everyday at work & people see it! They deserve a paid day off...

The manager at this location is atrocious. I have been here quite a few times, and every time she has been working she has caught attitude towards me. I don't know what her problem is, I don't know if it's because I have friends that may not be housed or what not. But that's neither here nor there., she should not be treating ANYONE. that way as the manager and the face of this locations franchise.... She has on multiple occasions, denied people the use of the washrooms, saying that they're being cleaned. However, right on Tim Hortons website states that they have 2 bathrooms, so one can always be open to the public. You don't even have to be a paying customer. I'm not sure who The owner of this locations' franchise is. However, I do believe that they should rethink who's their manager is and or how she treats their customers. Actually people in general, as she belittles them...

I guess I have to give them one star, even though they don't deserve it!!! Walked in to have the entire floor extremely wet!! No cones to say wet floor. Every customer complained about it but nothing was done. We ate in today , after 15 minutes still nothing was done to take some of these puddles off the floor. Well...as I'm sitting here writing this...someone just slipped and fell hard on this extremely wet floor! No employee is coming to help out. Customers are.They close at 9 but now ( at 4) there was only a few baked goods on the shelf and the lady told me that they are out if bacon for my wrap..one less purchase. Also saying that they stop baking at 3:30. I highly recommend not coming here. I always give people the benefit of the doubt but these employees and place check all boxes as a place...
