We have been shopping at the Lululemon store at the Niagara Falls outlet for several years. From the local. Unfortunately, the experience has become increasingly disappointing and disheartening. What used to feel like an exciting shopping trip now feels like a waste of time. The discounts have become less attractive over the years, and the product selection is noticeably more limited. Compared to other outlet stores, this location no longer offers any real competitive pricing. What’s more frustrating is that the store’s internal “rules” or practices have become increasingly unclear and unfair. We went there most on the weekend. we see the same individual monopolizing a checkout counter for hours. It genuinely feels like the store is reserving special products and exclusive discounts just for this person. It has gotten to the point where I wonder whether the store is even operating as a public retail outlet or just serving this one customer. Staff members gather around him, laughing and chatting as if the rest of the shoppers don’t exist. On one occasion, I overheard a staff member say to this person, “Thank you, boss, you’ve taken so many items. ” As a regular customer, this was extremely off-putting. If employees are trained to prioritize and pamper one person simply because of how much they buy, then maybe this store should just be a private showroom for that individual. What’s more troubling is how the staff treats other customers. When I once asked a young female associate for assistance, she seemed irritated and dismissive—only to immediately turn around and warmly greet that same “VIP” customer. I was shocked. Lululemon is supposed to be a global brand that values every customer equally. But this location gives the impression that only one person matters. It’s not something I’ve experienced at any other Lululemon store. I don’t know who that person is, or if they have a deeper connection to the store, but the favoritism is blatant and alienating. Perhaps Lululemon’s recent sales struggles and excess inventory are driving this behavior, but it’s not the solution. Do what you think is right, and best of luck. But as a regular customer, I no longer feel welcome here.

This was my first outlet Lululemon experience, and it was exactly what I expected—crazy busy but very organized with tons of inventory by size and color. Pants make up most of the selection, though there’s plenty of everything else (just not undergarments). I wasn’t entirely impressed with the competitive prices, but it is cheaper than retail—and that alone is a good enough reason to come if you’re a superfan. I’d just recommend going at a less busy time.

Thank you for the help in both finding shorts for the summer season but for also ensuring my profile was set up for the applicable benefits. Katie was outstanding and I was happy with both the items offered, the price and the service. There’s lots of ample parking here at the outlets and there are options for dinner and coffee close by as well. I give this location a full five stars and I hope others have the same experience.

First off, let's talk about the quality. Lululemon is known for its high-quality fabrics and construction, and let me tell you, they don't disappoint. Whether it's their buttery-soft leggings, moisture-wicking tops, or supportive sports bras, every piece feels like it's been carefully crafted to withstand the rigors of my active lifestyle. Plus, the attention to detail – from flat seams that prevent chafing to discreet pockets for stashing my essentials – is seriously impressive.

But beyond the quality, what sets Lululemon apart is the fit. As a student who's constantly on the move, I need activewear that moves with me, and Lululemon delivers. Their leggings are designed to hug your curves in all the right places without feeling restrictive, while their tops offer just the right amount of stretch and breathability. Plus, the wide range of sizes ensures that everyone can find their perfect fit, whether you're petite like me or have a fuller figure.

Style-wise, Lululemon hits the mark. Their designs are sleek, modern, and versatile, making it easy to go from the gym to running errands or meeting up with friends without missing a beat. I love that their pieces are both functional and fashionable, so I never have to sacrifice style for comfort.

Now, let's address the elephant in the room: the price. Yes, Lululemon is definitely on the pricier side, especially for a budget-conscious student like myself. But let me tell you, the investment is worth it. Not only do their clothes last longer than cheaper alternatives, but they also perform better, meaning I can focus on crushing my workouts or acing my exams without worrying about wardrobe malfunctions.

And let's not forget about the shopping experience. Whether I'm browsing online or visiting one of their brick-and-mortar stores, the customer service at Lululemon is top-notch. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help, whether I'm looking for a specific item or just need advice on sizing or styling.

In conclusion, Lululemon is a must-have for any college student looking to elevate their activewear game. With its unbeatable combination of quality, fit, style, and customer service, it's no wonder Lululemon has become a staple in my wardrobe – and in the wardrobes of...

This place is so bad I give it a zero, however since I can’t do that I give it a one. Never in my life have I seen so much disrespect to me and my family at any Lululemon location. My 14 year old daughter took a little longer in the change room (5 min over closing time which is our fault). She felt very rushed so she left a pair of pants not on the correct hanger. The manager working in the change room area thought it would be appropriate to aggressively approach us as we were heading towards checkout and talk in our native language that he also spoke (overheard us I guess). My daughter doesn’t speak our native language well at all and was so confused what he was saying. He was exclaiming how we are so disrespectful to him for leaving pants in the wrong place etc. and kept rambling on disrespectfully (me and my family weren’t fighting or talking back at all). This was already enough to provoke me however he had to express his anger at checkout while helping another customer and ask us, “Are you guys from (our home country).” It was an awkward silence but I was like “yeah…” And then he felt the need to say to his coworker “Of course.. I just love _ people.” In a mocking sarcastic tone to his coworker, and kept muttering disrespectful things in our native language. My teenage daughter left a pair of pants in the wrong area. What is the big fuss that you made such a long problem about this? Why are you extremely mad? We were sorry for taking an extra five minutes however close the change room earlier if you don’t want people taking an extra five minutes of your precious time to hang back the clothing. No employee or manager for that fact should ask a customer where they are from. Nether the less extremely unprofessional. My 14 year old daughter later said she felt embarrassed for her ethnicity, and a manager saying that of course my kind of people do “these kinds of terrible things” is awful especially since we didn’t do anything horribly wrong. This manager embarrassed me my teenage daughter, as well as my 2 other younger daughters who...
