Bondi's Pizza — Local services in Ontario

We ordered the panzerotti’s tonight for our first time ordering from Bondi’s. The customer service over the phone was great, and the employee was very friendly. When we arrived to pick up the order, it was ready on time and had just come out of the oven. Again, all of the staff was so friendly and courteous, we would return just for how we were treated by the staff! Our meal was HUGE! We originally thought it was a bit pricey but once we saw the size, we found it reasonable (one could not even fit on a dinner plate, it could feed at least two people). The quality of the food was fantastic, and the dough is unlike any I have had before, and most importantly - the panzerotti was fully cooked all the way through and was jam packed with ingredients rather than a few inches of dough on either end which is hard to come by. We are so impressed with Bondi’s, we will definitely be back and have told all of our friends and family who are also eager...

There pizza is decent. However their service has always been difficult and belligerent. Years ago I ordered a veg pizza with vegan cheese. It was for a vegetarian. It came with chicken on it. When I asked for a new pizza. It was like asking a stranger for a kidney. When they did finally agree to bring a correct pizza, they tried to ask for delivery fee agin and demand the other pizza back. Over the years I have continued to order pizza from them. Just tonight I tried to order from them and they said they don’t deliver that far. In the last five year they have delivered too my address at least five times. It’s approx 4km. A friend of mine who lives slightly further from them. Has been ordering delivery from them for years and. Has expressed they are too difficult to deal and has had different, yet similar experiences. Tom and his crew make the best pizza in all of London! I've been a customer of Bondi's for over 35 years! Both the owners have made exceptional pizza's that have stood up to the test of time. Great quality at a reasonable price have made them my favorite pizza place. I love that Tom uses quality ingredients and not the overly processed toppings chain restaurants use. Baked or deep fried, when it comes to panzerotties they can't be beat. I won't go anywhere else for one.

He has specials for walk-ins and a selection of multi pizza and wing deals. I'm a big believer in "you get what you pay for" and Bondi's is a perfect example of this.
