The facility was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly. The staff at the front counter worked quick to keep wait times short they were super friendly and answered all questions we had! The staff on the floor were also amazing and friendly. One gentleman was also walking around giving the kids high fives! The arcade was awesome and easy to use! We did have a minor issue with the vending machines, my sons toonie went through fine and he got his toy however my daughters toonie went in and didn’t dispense a toy, I quickly dug deep for another toonie, her second toonie in a different machine then got jammed , after searching again for a toonie and having none left I decided to go to the counter to see if they were able to just open it up and let her have one. Andre at the front desk explained how frustrating those machine are as they don’t belong to flying squirrel and come from another company who is responsible for them. I completely understood, he spoke with someone in the office who never came out and wasn’t of any assistance. I think explained I wasn’t worried about the money just the fact my daughter was upset as my son got a toy and she didn’t and not for a lack of trying. Andrea quickly replied with “Now that I can fix, come with me” he took us over to the arcade counter where you pick your prizes and let her pick a toy from the glass counter instead! Andrea then said “if you guys need anything else at all please come and let me know” . This young gentleman went above and beyond today. He was caring, kind and truly showed compassion today! He’s a FIVE star employee! I look forward to bring my children...

Celebrated my son’s 6th birthday at Chatham Flying Squirrel yesterday- have nothing but amazing things to say about our experience! Despite the minor bump upon check-in with our party coordinator being absent, 2 female staff stepped in not having done this role before- but you would never know! I could tell they were nervous at first, but honestly, they did such a great job and I hope they get recognized for their excellent work! They were friendly, attentive, fun, and an awesome personality with the kids. The staff in general supervised the floor amazingly and were always paying attention to the few minor kids’ bumps to come and offer support with ice or comfort. Other parents from our party expressed that this was their “favourite birthday party yet”, and everyone had a great time! This facility is awesome as it’s clean, plenty of seating, spacious, and a great mix of play equipment that was very well designed. My son loved the Tye Dye Squirrel Plush and Black metal water bottle included as part of the party package too! Pizza was great.

All of Sarnia wishes a Flying Squirrel would open there- my lottery win dream! Highly recommend for any birthday party or fun...

We had my daughter's 5th birthday party yesterday at Flying Squirrel Chatham and I can't rave enough about how smooth everything went. From start to finish everything was well organized and approached with professionalism and care. Our hosts name was Jeffery and we honestly couldn't have asked for better. He was attentive and very personable. You could tell he enjoys what he does. He made it an absolute pleasure to be there. Be sure to request him for any future party bookings! They have a great selection of play areas for both big and small children including an arcade and everything was kept very clean and inviting. And for parents there are several areas throughout to sit, relax and watch your children play within close proximity. My only suggestion would be to bring in more options for food. Maybe fries, or salads and party portions. Other than that our experience was amazing. Thank you Flying Squirrel for making my five year olds birthday one she will remember! We will...
