Called at 11am to inquire about buying a new pc as I needed one that day. I explained I would just need my hardrive and ssd put into the new pc that id be buying for $3000. Said they would let me know and called me back at 1:50pm 10 minutes before closing and told me they’ll see what they can do on Monday which is 2 days from now. I went into the store to buy the pc before they closed and asked for them to put my ssd in and they said they were not able to. Went to Bestbuy and bought the same pc for cheaper and they slotted my hard drives and ssd in the new pc no hassle. However they didn’t charge me for looking at my old broken pc which I appreciated. If you’re laid back and need your office pc’s taken care of they’ll do a great job but anything with performance or in due time I would avoid.

Edit to response: I agree I did come in after closing time however I was told the person in store would wait for me at the store. I called at 11am to ask if you could put my SSD and hard drives into the pre built pc you guys had and said I’ll receive a call back. I got a call back 2 hours and 50 minutes later. The 2 star review is not unfair at all. When I came into the store i was ready to buy a $3000 computer and my only ask was to put in my ssd and hard drives from my old computer, instead of helping me with that i referred to other competitors instead and was only got my pc after missing my first match even though I settled on buying a new pc at 11am. I brought in my computer on Monday dec 4th. With ishewes related to graphics problems i could turn on my computer with out my graphics card installed in to its pci slot. Windows would load I would enter my password and i would get a blue screen and windows would collect information and restart in a endless loop. If i put my graphics card in my computer would turn on but would get no output to any of my moniters. So i had them run their free diagnostic on it. The worker said everything checked out. So he attempted to figure out what was going on with it. When i called saterday dec 9th. He told me that my motherboard is now fryed and i now need to replace it. And charged me $45.00. So lets see if i got this right then. Diagnostic showed everything was good and running properly. Yet. 5 days later my motherboard is fryrd. Varry pissed off clearly something happened to it well in their care. Now im out computer. Thanks PC Outlet will never use yous again. It would of been nice knowing if your corporate policy is such that. If we brake it well its in our care. We are not responsible to replace...

Avoid this place if you need service for personal PC or laptop. I had my daughter's laptop, was told needs a new keyboard, they ordered it and then the couldn't decide for a week how or if to replace . Finally I asked for a refund and went to another place where they found broken cables inside and they needed to replace the BIOS. I am not sure if they broke it or not but I wouldn't go back next time. Incorrect, I said the keyboard is not working, not that I needed a keyboard. The PC, meanwhile it sat there for a week open and after I took it back all sorts of things started to go wrong. Fortunately I found someone competent and honest who was able to fix it.
