Shawarma Shack — Restaurant in Ontario

One of the best shawarma spots in Windsor. I have had their shawarma few years ago and it was OK. I have decided to go back to give it another try last week and I was impressed. This time I have tried their Chicken Shawarma sandwich with garlic and hot sauce only. I had some pickles on the side. The chicken was tender and packed with great flavours. Bread was fresh and perfectly toasted. Their garlic has a great taste. Great customer service and they are generous with their portions. Will visit again to try their Beef shawarma and will report back.

Went back a week later to try the beef Shawarma and wow I was impressed. The meat was flavorful and tender. Their tahini sauce is packed with flavours and not watery. We also ordered some French fries and it was fried...

I don't know where to start . First off, the employees are not friendly . The food is over priced . Believe me , last time I ate here , I couldn't believe the portion sizes : they were so small ! The beef shawarma was burned so badly that I thought I was eating charcoal , that it tasted so unpleasent I couldn't manage to swallow . They gave me uncooked dark potatoes . I think the oil used to fry the potatoes hasn't been changed in 2 weeks ! Its sad how overated this restaurant is . I mean , the only thing that is quite appreciatable is the cleaness . Again , the manager was so inpolite that when I called to say my complaints (in a polite , respectful manner ) , he simply didn't accept them ,defending all the wrongs his employees...

The worst shawarma ever, first its expensive, second it is not lebanese or any other country do it like that third they put garlic a lot inside more than the meat and I found a lot of offcuts inside the sandwich it was discusting.

I couldn't resend to u,so, when we say expensive, this is the meaning expensive for offcuts things inside the sandwich. Second, I went to your place I didn't order from third party, third, to be as a lebanese cuisine, when we're ordered, u have to make it as a real lebanese sandwich shawarma, and if people want to change something in it, then u change it. and be intelligent.
