I would give this place 0 star if I could. They are going to make people sick avoid this location. When I went in the girl was talking on her cell phone had to wait for to finish, then she tried to make my sandwich without washing her hands I had to tell her to wash her hands before making food. Got home, took a bite into the sandwich and knew something wasn't right the bread dough was raw. Went back spoke with the owner on the phone he was highly defensive saying it was a manufacturing issue not them. Nice story the dough is sent to you raw and you have to bake it so that a restaurant problem not manufacturing problem. I had to demand a refund and when I got my money back in cash even though I paid debit the girl short changed me and gave me colasanti tokens instead of loonies, I was done arguing with her at that point like how can you not realize the difference between a loonie and a token. My recent visit to the Subway in [windsor ] was disheartening due to subpar customer service and hygiene concerns. The staff responded rudely when I pointed out the improper mixing of vegetarian and non-vegetarian ingredients, including beef and pepperoni on the same cheese. This negligent practice extended to serving the same mixed cheese to vegetarian customers, highlighting a blatant disregard for dietary preferences and hygiene standards.

Beyond the hygiene issue, the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, with staff engaging in a verbal altercation instead of addressing the concern professionally. Scam Scam Scam. I recently went over to this subway location on August 7th because I was in the area and that was my biggest mistake ever. I bought a chicken teriyaki rice bowl and when I was going to pay the lady told me it was $14.68. I knew immediately that it was wrong because I had ordered this multiple times from various subways, and it was never this much. Even if you look at the menu online it says it’s $11.99 plus tax so I would be paying around 12 dollars. I regret not immediately calling her out as this cannot be a mistake as the prices are same for all locations. She knew what she was doing. When I ended up eating the rice, it ended up being overcooked and somewhat dry. Not enjoyable at all. I don't like confrontation whatsoever. I wish I had said something. Avoid this place...
