When I joined in late August, I was glad that they had a pool for exercise. The first time there, an employee was walking around without a mask, then she spoke with a client who had no mask and a child between them. Then she spoke with the GM about feet apart and no mask. The same employee was then walking around still without a mask. Clients were entering without a mask and other staff members. I advised the GM about the issue which I should not have had to do. On my second visit, there was no physical distancing between the tread mills or plexi glass between. When I asked the young man on duty he said that is okay everyone has they had their second shots. The mask policy was still in place and so was distancing. In the other room that was no distancing either as I had to go through for the bathroom that was no clean. I did report them to the board of health. I asked the company to cease my membership, but they are asking for the cancellation fee that is indicated in the agreement. This facility had no concern for my health or any other members. Why would I want to pay money to a company who again had no concern about the laws and my health. Update: They've renovated the steamroom and they did a great job. The men's showers still don't have curtains 5 months after my initial review.

It's usually pretty empty during the day. There's a good selection of cardio equipment, and more than enough strengthening equipment. They also have other group exercise rooms, and free classes to join if you're into that. The pool is small, but looks relaxing. Staff are friendly enough.

They have a dry sauna room, which is large, but not really warm enough to break a sweat unless you stay in for 15 min or more.

The shower room is extremely old and in dire need of repair. For some bazaar reason, there's no shower curtains in the men's showers. I informed one of the staff that I had a creep watching me naked in the shower, which is why this review will stay 3 stars until the privacy issue gets resolved. Not sure why a gym would forget something so mandatory. Apparently they're also being renovated at some point, but don't count on it.

I can't honestly say enough about this gym. I totally recommend it to everyone. I was totally embarrassed going in. But, that quickly changed. My trainer is AMAZING!!! She is teaching me so much. There is no judging or fat shaming which means a lot to me as I just had a baby and was having difficulties losing weight. The staff is super friendly and truly want people to succeed. I suffered badly from sciatica/bulging disc for 3 months after my daughter was born and couldn't get up my stairs without pain. I'm now doing things that I never thought I would do again. Any woman that is afraid to get healthy seriously needs to consider training here. I have been at a gym (won't say where) most of my life and never got results. I will never go to another gym. The last thing I will say is about the owners. They are fantastic!!! They are not in it for the money, they are compassionate, caring people, who truly love fitness.
