Naples Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

By far the best pizza place in the city. These guys make it absolutely perfect every single time. They are the nicest people as well which is just a bonus. Today I bought a King size pizza. A friend of mine dropped the entire thing on the ground..... I was dreading calling back to get another pizza made but I made the call. I told them what happened and that I will pay full price for another one because it was my fault not Naples staff. They would not have it. I tried to pay when I arrived the second time and he wouldn’t take my money. He told me how much he appreciates his customers and continued to be extremely nice, understanding and ultimately just an all around good person. I then tried to tip them and again he told me that it was his pleasure to make this pizza and give it to me for free.

I AM recommending this Naples again and again to everyone I know. Great service, delicious food and all around great people.

You can tell I am pretty passionate about pizza and the one who makes it for me and my family. I will be coming back to this Naples time and time again. I would recommend you try it if you haven’t...

This place is a joke I ordered a need pizza Canadian and added pinapple and banana peppers and all I got was the pinapple and banana peppers when I called they said they didn't hear what I said but I said it 4 times then when I called about it they said they sent it to a different pazza place to be made and they wouldn't even make the pizza again or give me some sort of compensation I thought the customer was always right if you made a mistake fix it don't just say I didn't hear you if you didn't hear me then how do you know I ordered a pizza so unprofessional will never use them again and I am not even giving them a star more like a minus 5 stars beware especially...

We've been ordering from the Naples on Wyandotte and Reedmere for years! They are the best! The pizza is always amazing! Generous toppings and cheese, delicious sauce, cooked to perfection! Fantastic customer service too, everyone there is so friendly! We've ordered from other Naples locations, but none of them measure up to the Wyandotte and Reedmere location. We used to live right around the corner from that location, but after we moved, we were out of their delivery zone. We still order from the Wyandotte location now though and pick it up because it's so worth it! I definitely highly recommend the Wyandotte and Reedmere...
