Excellent store! Huge selection of games and accessories for old and new consoles. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. If you're just browsing they'll ask you a lot if you need help finding something (I only mention because some reviews imply that they felt they were being annoying by browsing or that the staff didn't want you to browse--I think they genuinely just want to make sure you know they can help and haven't forgotten you're in the store and, let's be real, when it comes to old games there probably IS something you came in looking for in particular).

I got a game, it didn't work, I brought it back and they cleaned and tested it in the store for me and despite it working for them (even though it hadn't for me at home) they gave me a different copy just in case my system wasn't getting along with it. Was really impressed by the way the situation was handled and consider it far above and beyond what I expect of customer service.

This was one of the worst customer experiences of my life and I would love to speak with the owner. This is directed towards the employee working on Sunday the 29th at around 5pm, this was our first visit. I came in looking to see what you guys had, we were looking for consoles. When I inquired I was yelled at and offered ridiculous prices, more then brand new in store (we just came from Best Buy). We inquired about an Xbox and he became agressive. Demanding I pay $800.00 for an out of the box Xbox with a few accessories we were not in need of and if we didn’t we were useless customers to him. That he ‘hates us Xbox guys’. That he doesn’t want to sell to people who want an Xbox, and we were the issue with the store. We are very kind people and I promise if we were treated with an ounce of kindness in return we could’ve been good customers along with many of our friends. This is a review 4 years in the making. I’ve been coming here since day one and the store is just awesome, I can’t say enough good things about it. Being mainly a “Nintendo Nerd” I’ve mostly picked up games for those systems. I picked up a Hyperkin RetroN 5 to play all my old faves as well as systems like Super Famicom that I did not have. I dealt in my Sony PS4 as I wasn’t using it much and I was given a great price for it. They have a great selection of retro games and vinyl which keeps me coming back.
