Pizza Depot — Restaurant in Orangeville

Hi All, Honestly is the best policy... I Believed all this time, ordered pizza while driving from woodbridge to Shelburne(Coming from work to home) ....(Have the Dash Cam in my car while driving) today is Guru Nanak dev ji Birthday kids wants everything vege ....so placed the order ...when picked up and bring to home ..whole order is wrong because the guy who took order from us he did a Mistake and apologized that he misunderstood because of language barrier....order was placed in Punjabi.. I Called back he keep saying it's not his mistake, when I toldd him it's all on my Dash Cam, he apologized and told me to get free pizza next time...I told him free doesn't make my kids sleep....he keep repeating same for couples of time. Unbelievable, I told him today's is Guru Nanak dev ji Birthday and that's what he is proposing. He keep asking me that he have another calls to take. Unbelievable,Unbelievable if his kids are hungry he won't do that...I even offered him gas and pizza money...not free what he offered. Please 🙏 don't do this to anyone else....Today was a big day.... Still I can say God bless you... Customer service is the key....not your attitude... You will never make your kids sleep hungry... That's what I was trying to ask..when u refused... Tomorrow I am going to talk to Mr.Randi and Mr. Dhabi...down to earth and founder of "Pizza Depot" . Orangeville location need to have more training...and to be respectful to customers. First of all the quality of the food is amazing. We ordered 3 pizzas and every single one was made perfectly. Crispy crust, dough cooked through, perfect amount of sauce, perfect distribution of ingredients, spiciness was wonderful, and finally the the base of the pizza...perfectly charred. Secondly, the service, every one is so kind and accoodating. They will also confirm your order before they even box up the pies so that you get exactly what you want. There is a real sense of hospitality here and it's wonderful because it feels like you are eating at a family restaurant as opposed to a franchise chain. Last but not least, the price is extremely fair. The quality of ingredients are outside of the scope of other pizza places and it's a bargain like no other. HIGHLY...

Orangeville's Pizza Depot is very well managed, very reasonably priced and has excellent pizza. This is a take out location only, so in place of "Atmosphere" the 5-stars are for how respectful this business is to their elementary student customers. I teach Grade 7 at a nearby elementary school and always order from here for my sports team parties and as surprises for my classes. Also, Gill at Pizza Depot really wants the students who get pizza for their "food days" to know they are important too. His staff ensure equal-sized slices every time, and the same amount of pepperoni on each slice. I also appreciate that Pizza Depot will remind teachers of their Halal options when you order! Every school in Orangeville should go with...
