I love subway but recently I had a very bad experience at this store. I got very uncomfortable the way they treat there employees is not good. There was an Indian girl I believe she was new nd nice to be honest, before making my sub she changed her gloves, I miss ordered but she just smiled and said it’s okay I will correct it.., she changed her gloves again for meat nd veggies… she was smiling all the time unlike other employees like the guy prashnt I’m gonna talk about, But a few minutes later when I was sitting l nd enjoying my meal I saw a guy with specs (prshant)screaming at her on the counter she was just making a sub for a customer he started screaming at her for putting more lettuce I guess. She tells every customer she is new and so everyone is easy on her and no body is in hurry and that’s actually very smart of her but I think employees should not be treated like that… moreover that customer didn’t said anything he didn’t even knew what was wrong coz he’s a friend of mine. I saw a different chicken and asked him which is that and he said I dont know...i forgot...i thought its fine..happens...and then when he was throwing veggies on the sub i was literally amazed...we paid almost $40 for 2 Footlongs and he was putting veggies only in the middle..so asked him to atleast cover the sandwitch...why i will eat other halfs empty...he put 4 small tomatoes on footlong...i had worked for years at subway and even told him..6 tomatoes goes on a footlong or atleast cover the space..and what he told me was THIS IS WHAT I AM TOLD TO DO...even asked him is there a manager...he was very rude and careless....you should be thankful even in these times you have a Job...and people coming at your store in storm you should know how to serve them....I will call the Head Office as well....Is he not given Training or what is his problem...HE REALLY NEEDS A LOT OF TRAINING....or sit home if you cant make a simple...
Read moreThe employees here need better training on how to handle food properly. I watched the lady behind the counter use the SAME glove for handling money and making the sandwich. I called her out on it and she had the audacity to tell me she changed her glove and that everything "was ok". I told her that I watched her use the same glove and she insisted that I was wrong. After I explicitly told her that she used the same glove, she proceeds to continue making my sandwich. I stopped her and told her that I would like a new sub. She proceeds to make me a new sub, however she did not throw out the contaminated sub. I find this absolutely disgusting and does not abide by the health regulations.
