We had the absolute pleasure of working with Urban Element for our son's rehearsal dinner (July 10, 2025) and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, they were outstanding. The food was spectacular-though it wasn't a sit-down dinner, the combination of beautifully passed appetizers and a thoughtfully curated grazing table made for a truly elevated experience. The passed bites were served with impeccable timing and care, while the grazing table offered a stunning variety that guests couldn't get enough of. Every bite was beautifully crafted, bursting with flavour, and presented with elegance and creativity. Guests kept commenting on how each item was more delicious than the last. It was re fined, exciting and absolutely memorable - nothing typical or expected about it. People are still taking about the food! But just as impressive was the level of service. The entire team was professional, warm, and attentive, making everyone feel cared for and special. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and the event ran like clockwork. Urban Element catered for our wedding in September of this year. We are so incredibly happy with our choice. From the very beginning, our coordinator Emily was absolutely amazing to work with. She was so easy to communicate with, she was attentive to every detail, every single request I made, she answered every single one of my millions of questions. We communicated throughout the year through countless of emails (sometimes paragraphs long as we were discussing so many logistics), she took care of all the rentals, and all our worries, she thought of things that didn't cross my mind, she was always professional, attentive, clear, knowledgable and offered help every step of the way. Our day would not have been as amazing as it was without her, we are eternally grateful. The day of was amazing, from the coordination, to the service, the bartending and the food, everything was completely perfect. Our guests raved about both the cocktail hour and about their dinner. The food was incredible and the staff catered so attentively to our guests. I placed a large order from the frozen food menu last week. I will start with what we did not enjoy... The Potato & Leek soup was good, the potato to leek ratio and the texture was perfect however, a bit too much onion and garlic and could have used a pinch more salt but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Now on to the GOOD stuff - Roasted Chicken thighs were cooked to perfection, paired with cabbage and potatoes that were amazing. Beef Lasagna was my son's favorite and he did not want to share lol. BBQ pulled pork Mac and Cheese was my favorite and was exceptional!! Even my picky daughter was amazed. Tonight we will indulge in Sweet Potato & Brocolli Mac & Cheese. The packaging and cooking instructions were clear and concise. Being a hockey mom has it's own challenges and dinner is often one of them and takeout has become a norm for us. Well... not anymore. Having these frozen dinners available, my kids can pop them in the oven and have dinner before I get home to run them to their hockey practices or games. I will definetely be a return customer (in fact I've already placed my sencond order)!! I can't wait to test...
