Iron Warehouse — Local services in Parksville

As a visitor in town, it was great to find this gym, which was really well equipped (squat racks, pulley stations, dumbbells, kettles, all the weights machines, plus plenty of CV kit). Staff and regulars were really friendly and helpful. Best of all, they charged a reasonable fee for a drop in session ($20) and it was easy to register and crack on. So many places overcharge for drop ins (if they allow them at all), which I can’t get my head around (in terms of supporting and encouraging people to train). Iron Warehouse was an excellent...

Great place to do workout...I signed up 4 months ago and its been a great experience so far...reasonable fee...I can come in anytime of the day because of their 24/7 access hours using the keyfab...very good maintenace...really clean and not smelly inside...friendly staff...parking is not too bad...mostly new equipment...i just hope they have a couple of punching bags or towers for boxing at the Stanford Avenue branch so i can bring my gloves in 😊 but all in all this place...

I've been a member for about a year and half and this is hands down the best gym on the island! They cater to all, have friendly and helpful staff, and a huge variety of machines and free weights. If you are serious about training, a competitor, or just someone looking to get in shape then this is the gym for you. They have staffed hours and are open 24hrs with keyfob entry.
