Hunky Dory Peggy's Cove I saw a post where someone else went here and the fries looked so good, I had to go. Yes these were frozen, but they were so darn good and had the smell to match. They have a few picnic tables outside but I decided to cross the road and sit in one of the chairs be a better view.
These are called Yamtastic Fries. Crinkle cut sweet potato fries with candied jalapeños, sriracha aoili, parsley and Hunky Dory seasoning. The smell was so good, I couldn't wait to open them up. They were amazing. Definitely recommend and would get these again. I grabbed a water incase they were spicy, they weren't. Water was 4.50 plus the .10 deposit. Note to self, bring my own water next time. lol.

I was there last Friday...

The lobster poutine was just OK - I found the fries on the salty side (possibly due to the spice mixture or amount of spice). Also the lobster quantity seemed a little light for the price. Food wise, I would stick with the lobster roll.
Service was warm and friendly, no complaints there.
There’s picnic tables on the sides on...
