This was my first time visiting Peggy's Cove. It was powerful and captivating.
I also went to take some nice photos, but unfortunately, a pair of activists were protesting the conflict in Gaza by flying a kite with a large political message on it.
Due to this, my photos were seldom clear of this item, a blemish on an otherwise beautiful canvas.

Read moreThe platform is an addition since my last visit. Very well done with easy access and of course beautiful views. It's fairly large to accommodate a good amount of people. I love the Adirondack chairs for folks to sit and enjoy the view. They also installed concreate walking paths to help folks traverse over the rocks to the light house and such. I do miss their not having the old English style phone booth that use to be near the main building years ago. But I guess its a trade off with the times. All in all a great place.
