Rocky Mountain Chocolate Pickering — Local services in Pickering

This is probably the worst place to go to if you do not like nuts. I hate nuts and they put nuts in everything and don't disclose it. Granted, I do not need the facility to be nut free, I am not allergenic, but as I said, I do not like nuts. I hate nuts more than anything. Today marks my third time in a row going to this place and picking something up that is not disclosed to have nuts in it. It's frustrating.

So for the people who work at Rocky Mountain Chocolate in Pickering Town Centre: PLEASE DISCLOSE IF A FOOD ITEM HAS NUTS IN IT. Not all people who are not allergic to nuts like nuts. Why is that so difficult to do?

$10 chocolate dipped brownie going in the trash because I do not eat nuts. This is insane. I'm sure if I bought a chocolate dipped marshmallow, they would find a way to sneak nuts in there too. Like I don't think asking for them to say the kind of browning/cookie/chocolate etc. is a lot.. there's a huge difference between a chocolate dipped brownie vs a chocolate dipped...

Bought cookies today for my birthday. There was no signage that the cookies had nuts in them. I bought 4 different kinds. All 4 have nuts in them. Very disappointed. Just wasted $30.

I called the store twice before they closed as well hoping to at least be able to exchange the cookies I didn’t open with something else within the same day, but no one responded. I’m so disappointed.

My sister had gone there and bought these amazing cookies and there were no nuts in hers. She shared them with me so I thought they were the same cookies. I wish I had known they had nuts. I’m not worried about the cookies being made in a nut free place as the allergy isn’t severe, but there are whole pieces of nuts....

I recently got married a few weeks ago and ordered 33 caramel cheesecake apples instead of doing a wedding cake. I already knew their apples were amazing as I've been buying them for years now. What I noticed this time around was how nice and generous they were. When I went in to pay for the big batch of candy apples, they gave me a free bag of yogurt icing dog treats because they realized the apples were for my wedding and also offered a free ice cream cone which I went back for at a later date. The lady also helped carry the apples to my car which was much appreciated. I've been going there for years, and I'll be going there still as long as...
