This place sets a new all time low record for service and quality standards. First, when I approached the counter, I was literally greeted with a rude "What do you want", as were the customers after me, as if we were bothering them by bringing them business?! Then, I was ordering a few dishes for family and for every one, on choice of protein she assumed chicken instead of asking openly what the protein choice was. I also had questions about the menu and the different options for adding extras or subbing out some things for other things but she seemed so bothered by my questions (she was literally rolling her eyes, including when I said I wanted something else than chicken as the choice of protein) and didn't seem to want to consider anything but the menu default options, even though the things I was asking about are also all options on the menu. This struck me as very odd since if a customer is asking about options that include an additional charge, wouldn't they want that upsell? Third, despite being so annoyed at my non-chicken choice of protein, my order was wrong: I got chicken, and there was also a mistake on another one of the menu options I selected. And last but not least, to top it all off, as I was waiting for my order, I saw the chef literally take the metal ladel he was using to stir-fry the dishes he was preparing and PUT IT TO HIS MOUTH TO TASTE THE DISH, and then he proceeded to continue using it to cook with!!! I ordered here and got quite a few things. First they were out of cauliflower rice and said they would give me regular rice which we said we didn’t want it anymore he said that we had to cancel the order and when I tried to explain to him that we cannot cancel the order now, he said he could not I said he could, he had to do it through the app on his end, he said it didn’t work like that and he didn’t know how to. After arguing he said he would try to call Uber to fix it and call me back. He did not call Uber, and he didn't call me back. Not only did he not put the item in the bag but he still let it go through and we got charged for it. We also were missing a few other things as well. LIARS! My gf and I travelled 25mins out of our way to go to the Pickering Town Centre for some Thai Express as they were shown as open on Google. We go to the mall and were able to enter, the security guard asked us what store we were looking for so that they can make sure it was open. We said “Thai Express” and the security guard was literally looking at his paper and reaffirmed us it was OPEN! We went down to the food court just to see it was closed.
