I visited this store several months ago with the intention of custom ordering a wedding dress. The owner advised me to email the details, including my desired style and budget, which I promptly did. However, my email was never acknowledged. After receiving no response, I followed up via email again—still no reply. It wasn’t until I walked into the store to inquire in person that she admitted to receiving the email and said she was “reviewing it.”

It has now been almost a year, and I’ve heard absolutely nothing from her. If my budget was an issue or there was any reason she couldn’t proceed, basic communication would have been appreciated. Failing to even acknowledge receipt of my email is unprofessional and...

This store is Durham’s hidden little gem. It has a great selection of formal dresses to suit all tastes and at reasonable prices. Marwa was fantastic. She went above and beyond to help me in and out of dresses, was honest in her opinions, held my phone while I FaceTimed my friends and took pictures of me in the dresses. Above all she was patient as I tried on two dresses a dozen times and she never pressured me for a sale, wanting me to be sure of my purchase. Great experience...
