The owner is always incredibly friendly 🤗 with a warm smile 😊 and a kind presence that never fades, even during the hectic summer rush. 💪☀️ I’ve seen him handle a 30+ person line all by himself—and still stay cool and welcoming. Talk about impressive! 👏

The rolled ice cream? UNFORGETTABLE. 🍨🔥 You literally crave it. We’ve said, “Let’s drive to Qualicum just for Ice Cream Dreams,” and meant it. 🚗💨 The quality, price, and experience are always spot-on. ✅

Now that I have a son 👶, it’s become our must-stop treat whenever we’re in the area. What started as a fun little place I loved years ago has now become a sweet family tradition. 💛

Extremely disheartening, went to get icecream from Ice Cream Dreams while at Canada day celebration. You could clearly see he was very stressed simply by his demeanor. Little did we know he would take his frustrations out on my 8 & 4 year old. He attempted to make both their icecreams at the same time but was unable to remember what each kid wanted. When he messed up and we kindly said "its okay" to our daughter he got right pissed and with major attitude said "what!?" We explained the sauce was wrong and he argued with us saying he asked, yes he asked but he proceeded to put both sauces on my daughters and no sauces on my son's. He shoved my daughters into a bowl then handed it to her and took it away saying "ill just make this again dammit" then threw hers to the side. Proceeded to make my sons throwing it into the bowl with no presentation present no rolls at all 🫠 then slopped some sause on it and told my son he was not allowed whip cause he was maxed out. Needless to say we will not ever...

My boyfriend and I stopped by today to try this highly recommended ice cream place. My boyfriend goes to order a (medium) and was greeted with “holy you’re a big guy. You’re massive, you’re the type of guy people in villages run from hahaha you sure you don’t want a large?” my boyfriend mind you, is not big at all but is 6’4 in height. I didn’t order anything due to not wanting to give my service to someone like this and the guy was already in the middle of making my boyfriends so unfortunately we paid for it, and then left with an extremely bad taste in our mouth. That was the worst customer service/interaction we have ever witnessed. Whether you’re talking height or weight, that is extremely unprofessional, rude, and such an odd thing to say to someone. Think before you speak, you never know what someone has or is still going through, especially when is comes to speaking on people’s appearance. I do not recommend this place to anyone and the ice cream was a 3/10....
