Public storage security goes unattended, no camara is inside the locker room. Our locker was robbed twice. First time was in December during holiday, we reported to the lobby and were told to check if anything lost they'll report to police, no more action and things got on hold. We nicely put stuff back, but it was robbed again two weeks ago. Our lock was broken again and stuff is everywhere on the hallway. Reported to the security and management, this time is being told they're on it and asked us to report to police... How difficult and how long will it be to put on camara?? Even stuff in the locker room are suggested to be not valuable ones, this is not the excuse of negligence, our safety...
