The worst company i ever experienced the seller never respond to his phone it goes straight to his voicemail and also never awnsers to his email when you have an issue with the samovar I have contacted multiple times but he ignores like a professional cheater as you can see he puts fake five star reviews for himself to show that he his suppose to be a good business man and clients supposedly satisfied . I have the same exact issue like the client who left a one star review that the power cable wire got burnt and almost caught on fire and he knows clearly that there is a problem with his samovar but he thinks that we are trying to get a free samovar . Just to let you know when a product catches on fire i don't think a customer would want another one for free but there is a thing called getting a full refund and if you think you can get away with cheating people with your product I am sorry it does not work like that in Canada there is some rules and regulations that you have to respect and the more you ignore customer's issues and you are putting yourself more into trouble and I will definitely open a case against you since you think it's always our fault that the samovar caught on fire and I will continue to share my horrible experience to everyone on social media to show how a company likes to insult clients by having problem with your garbage products I will be waiting for your disgusting insulting reply like you said already...

I purchased an electric samovar less than a year ago, but after 6 months only working 2 times a day for boiling water, i noticed the taste of water changed to look like a burned plastic. I called the customer service and it looked like they already knew about this issue and they asked me to take out the back cable and see if there is any signs of burning. They were right!! If i would not notice the water taste change it might have caused of fire and burn my whole house! They asked me to send the product back to Ontario for repair. It took more than a month to be repaired and sending back. However, again after 3 months of working again the problem came back! I called the customer service again and following up with them several times but they do not response my call and text message any more and they kind of leave me alone with this problem. This is very unprofessional and dangerous to sell defective products to customers. They should have recalled all those products to make sure this problem will not happen again. Despite reaching out multiple times and clearly explaining the situation, including the fact that the product was barely used, we received no proper response or support. Instead of standing behind the quality of their products, Bariton has left us to deal with the problem ourselves.
A reliable company should take responsibility, especially when safety is involved. Unfortunately, Bariton has shown that it does not value its customers or provide adequate after-sales support.
