The mall is nice and clean, I give only 1 star because the information desk is a disaster! Saturday the 24th of May around 11: 30 am I went to ask for a stroller, usually they take the information on ID and phone number, they take 20$ and give it back when you return the stroller. That day I didn’t have cash on me, so he refused to give me the stroller. I told him nicely I can leave my car keys or my ID & I am not staying more than an hour. He asked me to withdraw money from the bank . I said my daughter is really tired, it’s been a while we are walking in the mall & she asked for the stroller , I told him last week your colleague ask me to leave the car keys instead of cash so why you are refusing now? He said of course my colleague told you that it was an exception so I can’t do another exception! I told him very nicely your colleague didn’t explain that it was an exception anyway I can’t leave without my keys so don’t worry I will return the stroller to get my keys & now I understand that it is an exception & next time I will come with cash. He was so rude and still refused and said these are the rules and you can withdraw money we do exception for very old people or someone with a baby but your daughter can walk !!!! OMG!!! So unprofessional! So rude! So he just decided I can’t have an exception because I am not old and my daughter is not a baby! Anyway babies will not sit on this stroller! He doesn’t know how was our day and what health condition we may have. He decided not to help! That’s it! So...

It's functional but far from the best we've seen
The kids played on pad 2. The ice was clean and hard, although a little wet.
Dressing rooms were oddly shaped, functional but tight for a team of 15 players plus staff. The showers took a while to warm up and you can't change the water temperature but they were eventually hot.
The stands in rink 2 aren't great for hockey watching as you miss everything within the first .5m near the boards but for speed skating I'm sure it's fine.
The snackbar upstairs is affordable and basic. The ladies were sweet and patient. You can pay cash or debit.
Very nice patio upstairs with chairs and tables.
The washrooms were large, clean and had toilette paper. The taps to wash your hands have to be pressed very hard to activate the water. A small child couldn't turn it on. There is a little step to lean on to wash your hands.
It's accessible... yes but if you want to go upstairs, you will have to use the chair lift.
Outside, there is parking but the facility is part of a large sports complex so it can take a...
