First visit last year, the owner, although friendly, did not know what "kim" was (!?). This past weekend, a new employee did not know what "perilla seeds" were ('ddeul-kye'). I kept telling her to look it up, since the previous owners had always stocked it. She then asked me what the name was in Chinese (!?!?!).
