Will come to your house to collect payment when it's not even due for 5 days.. then claim your 15 days behind. Worst company I've ever dealt with!! Just do yourself a favor and save and buy it yourself without the interest rate and harassment. I know I wish I had.. Edit: called them to get them to straighten this out... And got the guy who came to my door who proceeded to hang up on me... Then when I called back a newbie put me on hold for a manager... Just long enough that I had to go back to work and had to end the call. They finally contacted us later that night and told us that even though we had an agreed upon payment date that anything outside of the 1st or the 20th shows up as late automatically. But would not explain Why they let you pick a date to pay on if only the 1st or the 20th should be allowed options without being considered 'late' and have the possibility of some idiot showing up at my door trying to collect something I'm not actually late for. For all this trouble I don't use the laptop enough to deal with this on top of my full-time job and family. I'm half tempted to erase both our devices and hand them in. Dealing with this just isn't worth my time. Great way to lose customers though. I fight for the #1 spot in customer service in every job I have/ have had. And I know how I Should be treated.... And this just is bad enough to write a google review. Great job Aaron's for being the Worst customer service I have ever dealt with
Another edit: I emailed the situation as directed... They did not reach out. The man that came to my door messed up my account Last month when he charged me late fees without my account being late.. and didn't follow procedure to 'fix' the due date so we wouldn't be told we were late this month. So this ALL boils down to the absolute negligence of 1 employee. You are the reason You were told to harass me before my due date. You should of followed procedure.. but F procedure right... What's the point of following the guidelines to do your job properly right. How many other accounts have You messed up due to negligence? With how many people there are looking for work in this city... You should value your job and protocols more and want to follow them to the letter. But instead... You throw procedure out the window to get a better commission on the accounts you 'collect' on. Even if it's by treating customers like this. I hope your fired. You don't deserve this job. And the customers you Harass don't deserve how you treat them. I'm erasing my laptop and PC. Will return Monday. I will NEVER do business with this company again. Went in to get a washer dryer combo recently and the first set, the washer wouldn't add enough water no matter the setting. Went in to talk to someone about it and Caroline dismissed the concerns stating 'no washer today fills much and goes by weight'. Back at home, loaded the washer woth blankets only to have half the load still dry amd not washed at all after the load. Called to have them swapped out, received a new set and even though brand new and out of the box, the dryer dod not even make it one full load without error codes. Called in to have a tech look at it and almost a week went by with no call of a time. Disgusted at this point, I went elsewhere and got a set that works. Called again and requested the set just picked up as no longer wanted it. A date was set, however on that date, after the time it was to be picked up, I called to be sure the pickup was still happening and advised, 'no, my driver is sick'. No courtesy call to let me know, nothing. Was advised by Caroline that she'd call when she could set a time, however no call was received. I called again several days later, and was given a time for a week later. The question is, will this actually happen, or do I have a set sitting in my hallway for another week not being used or picked up. My furniture is almost paid in full, and when it is, I will no longer be doing business woth...

The quality of the furniture is good . The store is a clean inviting space.
