On november 19 between 5 and 6 pm We ordered 2 super subs brisquit and chicken.. asked for the sauce to be put down first staff said ok and then proceeded to ignore the request my wife spoke up and said excuse me he would like the sauce put on first... The staff seemed iritated by this request. Then double meat is 8 rolls she was leaving half the roll in the container and said is that ok after addeling just 2.5 I said no its supposed to be double meat you are leaving half of each roll in the container... She added 2 more rolls and then asked what toppings... Again my wife spoke up and said its supposed to be 8 full rolls theres 2 more full rolls and the half ones you left in the tin ... Staff said no its 6 my wife said he orders this all the time its 8 and the other staff member said no its 8 she had to be asked again to add the dropped pieces ... I said its and expensive sub 20 bucks id like the meat im paying for please... Then my wife began having her sub built when i went to the cash to pay the other staff member looked at me and said you were right about the amount of meat but you need to be more respectfull.. I said pardon because i was hoping i heard her wrong and she again said you need to be more respectfull she is new... I was extremely respectfull even though i had to repeat myself several times and so did my wife we used manners and at no time did we raise our voice or speak in a derogatory manner ... However after this staff member said i need to be more respectfull and was in fact extremely rude and uninterested in my business I put my wallet away told her to keep the subs looked at my wife and said lets go .. we went to another subway there was again a trainee however they were polite patient and made me a fabulous looking sub the way i requested it... I rewarded them with a tip for the great service. A company is only as good as its weakest links and these two young ladies rilling their eyes and not paying attention are the weak links if this location i will not go...

I’m a regular at this subway as it’s walking distance for me and This is one of the best subways in town but if you go there on the weekend, you’re almost guaranteed to have your sub made buy a single employee that although working there for at least a few months can barely make a sub or respond. At least 6 or more times I’ve gone in on the weekend there is this same one employee out and it feels like they’ve never made food in their life. Takes over 10 minutes to make a sub and barley puts anything on it not making it worth the nearly $15 it comes to. Great subway and the staff on weekdays is amazing and makes great food, but the single employee who works weekends makes you want to ask for a refund or go somewhere else which isn’t always an option...
Read moreWent into this location today, have not been here since the "new" owners have take over. Place was empty when I arrived, I ran in to purchase a bottle of pop. The 591ml pop there comes to $3.38 with tax. It was an issue to get a cup and ice. The worker did not want to give me a cup. Its 29 degrees outside and I chose this place to get a much needed drink, and the service was bad. How much is it really for a cup? I will forever avoid this location from now on. And its a shame because I was a regular customer when Dan and his staff worked there. Too boot the glass doors to the cooler that holds the pop could use a...
