I can’t say enough good things about Hess Jewellers! A while back, I brought in a personal chain that had deep sentimental value it was a gift from my mother. I had been trying for years to find someone in Sault Ste. Marie Ontario who could fix it properly, and Hess was the only place that was able to get it done. Not only did they repair it perfectly, but they also did it quickly and with great care.

Just today, I went back in to ask about getting my bracelet and chain cleaned, and once again, their service blew me away. They told me to come right in, and within minutes, they had everything sparkling like new. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their customers.

Broke my chain first time took it to Hess ,no problem, chain was cleaned and fixed. Few months later, broke my chain again, took back my fault no problem. I don't care what it cost the chain is important to me. So they give me my chain back. 18 dollar cost, no problem. Chain was uncleaned this time, also told if you brake it we won't warranty it. And when I got home to put the chain on, where it was soderd a sharp piece was sticking straight up. Ready to break again.
