If you really want to be ignored this is the perfect location for you. The rude employees will make your day. We wanted to edit our order by making our burger into a combo. She said she would come in one second, we waited and we noticed that our food would start going cold because it took so long, we walked away with our food because our order wouldn't be edited we walked and she noticed we were about to leave but she ignored us. We also walked away with our current order and our burger had nothing only a patty no vegetables, sauce or cheese. Also during our time at the A&W we noticed that the chef wasn't even wearing gloves while cooking. She didn't even ask if we wanted our receipt. The worst kind of customer friendliness and courtesy I have ever experienced at an A&W store. This is specific to the one at Churchill Blvd. Firstly I've seen they don't even have an expression of greeting or saying anything. What I experienced was a very rude behavior. Inspite of the fact that I was sitting at the table and was the person who paid the bill, the food was deliberately carried to the next not asking me if I am the one who ordered. Went into this location on July 6th 2023, and was deliberately ignored by the male staff member who would only deal exclusively with my husband. When my husband made it clear that I also needed food on our shared order, this was ignored and he was asked to pay for his order while mine was left unplaced. This was repeated twice before we ended up leaving without food, because being disrespected and ignored twice in the same visit ruined my appetite. I visited a different location (121 Great Northern Rd) later that evening and had a much better experience. It will be quite a while before I try this...
