This best buy is one of the elite tier electronic stores I know. The employees are always quick to serve and assist their customers. The aesthetics are unparalleled. Walking into this store my first time was an experience to be remembered and left a shining impression of future encounters. Any item I need is always available and the variety of options is great. Not to mention the amazing interactive showcases such as Microsoft's mixed reality station and Samsung's Surround Sound Speaker Station. The impressive gaming laptop display is always thrilling and exciting for me when I enter. Not to mention the smart home section which is pushing boundaries of accessibility for smart home users. Whether it's a Solid State Drive or 144Hz monitor this Best Buy is my one stop for technology needs. However this Best Buy lacks in older technology such as DVI cables or VGA adapters. This store welcomes the future with open arms but the past must not be forgotten either. When it comes to video games this Best Buy can also be lacking the small selection a video games is underwhelming and leaves much to be desired. Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible customer service, me and my boyfriend went there to buy an open earbuds and a phone but the ear buds were not on display to try the fitting ( as I have small ears) then we ask an employee if we can try them on, he was so rude like straight no with a weird face like we are trying to do something shady, after that we ignored it and ask another employee if we can return it she said for hygienic reasons they don't do returns (it's an open earbud doesn't go inside your ear).....but well , then my boyfriend wanted to buy a phone and had some questions about it..the employee pointed out to other employee and said for phones ask her so he asked the other employee and she didn't even answer any of the questions and was on phone the whole time we were asking.. just saying hmm hmmm that's it.... I was really disappointed because I wait so long to buy these earbuds, but couldn't after what happened... never going back.... Deanna met me at the door and helped me with the on-line order only to find that it had been sold only moments earlier. She and Daniela put together a package that was very similar to the package that was on-line for the same money. It was the best shopping experience I've had in a VERY LONG TIME!! Since these people are NOT motivated by commission sales, this store owner needs to understand that they are CRAZY to ever let these fine women go!!!!! Deanna could have said with a smile, "Sorry, but we only deal with sales in the store", but she went way out of her way to provide me with exemplary service!! Whoever said that "nobody works there ... they never answer their phone", must have called after hours.
