KEYLIME Activewear — Local services in Sherwood Park

As a local business owner, entrepreneur and customer I would like to compliment Kristi and Key-Lime Athletic Wear. I was so pleased to see Key-Lime expand into to have a 2nd store in downtown Edmonton. From my experience the reality of having a 'Canadian Made' product encompasses so much more than just finding a manufacturer in Canada. Keeping it Canadian is costly and takes away from the actual profit margin for the designer/company. That is the reality that some consumer do not realize. And it is a determined choice and national respect that the manufacturers/designers makes to proudly be true to what they believe in, which is keeping our money in our economy that we live in. Keeping it local allows closer monitoring of quality and reinsurance that they can stand behind their product. Keeping it local supports fellow Canadian businesses. I do love Key Lime's designs. Quality is there, business heart is there and Key-Lime is an active member of the business community that supports their local economy, provides a great go-to place for active fashion and carries a variety of styles for everyone. I love the atmosphere at Keylime, every time I go in I feel like I am a VIP customer.

A few years back I was in an unfortunate accident damaging my hands and feet. Most places I went to employees treated me like I was less of a person because I had limited mobility. At Keylime, the staff had been very friendly and helpful. I liked how the staff helped me find clothes that would fit me and would be comfortable. I bought a pair of Flatout sweat pants. ❤️🖤 Since I bought these pants I wear them most days when I come home and relax. They are so comfortable. I have never owned a pair of sweat pants that I have worn so much in such a short period of time. Let's put it this way, on laundry day they're the first pair of pants I want to wear after they are dry!

Today I went back to Keylime and I was treated the same way. I like it when the staff treated me like a VIP. Kristi helped me find the pants exact to the ones but I bought last time and I bought them again!

Talk about amazing service! I received an email from Keylime offering 20% off H & B earrings. I couldn’t find the code, emailed them and within an hour I had a response with the code.

Made my order and sent an email thanking them, hoping my order would be in by Dec 20.

Got another email, explaining that the colour I chose was not in stock and she could order if I wanted. Worried I wouldn’t receive them in time, I called Kristi at the store. I agreed to choose a different colour, based on her recommendation. Then, she offered to refund my shipping and drop them off at my home directly!

The earrings were dropped off yesterday by Kristi. They are beautiful and I’m so glad I followed her recommendation.

It’s rare to get such amazing service these days... especially at Christmas. What a great source of pride Keylime is for Sherwood Park. ...
