First off, the staff / owners are very nice and friendly.

But the portion size is horrible. Of all the branches in Edmonton, this place is the worse in portion size. The usual take out box of pad thai is only 3/4 filled. Even my plate of beef basil friend rice isn't the usual amount (it would usually spill off my plate). They seem to compensate by adding extra sauce/seasoning to give you that salt kick. I usually can't finish a plate of fried rice, but when I ate here I had to order another dish from Taco Time. So I had to spend $22 for lunch at...

The staff was smiley and friendly but didn't ask what protein I wanted so they made it chicken and I wanted beef, I asked for medium spice and it wasn't, the box wasn't nearly as full as it usually is, there was almost no meat, and they wouldn't honor my Virgin Mobile promo code, saying it was for online orders only. It's not for online only, I've used it in person at two other locations before... If what I got was under $10 it would be easier to overlook very little going correctly but for over $15 I feel...

This is the only Thai express I will go to! I go here pretty religiously because the taste of the red curry with chicken is just totally different from other Thai Express’s.
