Just came back from this place. Wasnt there long. Purchased an Unlimited pasta that turned into limited pasta. The bolognese sauce was SO SWEET and sugary. Didn't finish it. The alfredo sauce was watery and tasteless. The chicken parm tasted like it was microwaved the day before. Rockhard. Husband wanted to be nice so he ALMOST finished the pasta. (Which was hard and stuck together. Dont think they salted the water before putting in the pasta. Daughter didn't finish her spaghetti with bolognese sauce either as it was too sweet . My youngest looked at the food and didnt even want to order. Is the pasta sauce from safeway or something? Chef boyarde? Were the "chefs" having a bad day ? Only good thing was the meatballs, pre packaged ice cream, water and ceasar salad. 98$ for food i wouldnt even give my dog.
The cooking staff looked like they didn't want to be there and was contemplating life as we know it.
Sorry guys I know it's not fancy dining but please up your game with the prices you charge.
Photo is the food we didn't want to finish.
Update: husband and I got really bad stomach aches and diarrhea . All I ate fully was the grilled chicken from my pasta and he had the alfredo
Response: in no way am i attacking the looks they just looked sad and unhappy. Our table was approached ONCE to ask how things were and if we needed the next plate and my husband lied said "good thank you" and said no thanks for another plate of the unlimited pasta. nothing with the words "wonderful" in it. No one else in my family responded about the food. We asked for a box and left immediately. Someone said " thanks guys"...

Great pasta and servings. Great prices for the pasta. Definitely not a great price for the proteins unfortunately. And I have a health condition where I can’t eat something like pasta without lots of protein so it really limits my experience unfortunately. Adding a protein ends up making our bill almost $60! So not really manageable or we would definitely come weekly! It’s ground beef, not seafood, definitely overpriced in that aspect. But again the pasta is priced fantastic for the serving sizes!
The only thing I hate is paying up front before sitting down. Especially with a baby and arms full with bag and baby. It makes it hard to sort things out and relax and think about what you want. Also made me miss out on using some discounts before of the big rush to pay asap. Especially since they offer all you can eat but they you have to go up and pay to add protein each time. Makes zero sense to us.
The fresh pasta is amazing! The four cheese sauce is definitely the best one, I like red sauce but I find that theirs has a very strong warm beer taste and I can’t get over it, so I just avoid it. Unfortunately all of their proteins come in red sauce which they mixes with my four cheese sauce.
My husband actually drinks so he doesn’t mind the strong beer taste to the red sauces. He LOVES the spicy sauce with the sausage added to it. He does say it could be spicier for it to be considered actually a spicy sauce, but for eating...
Read moreI want to start by saying this is a local small business that I think should always be supported - however I did have some concerns during my visit.
The staff are all high school aged - which is perfectly fine but the service was far too casual, and interrupted with private discussions and banter - I felt my order was interrupting their personal conversations.
I ordered a beverage that needed a bottle opener however was forced to go back to the counter after I realized.
If bread is offered as part of the pasta meal order, it was not provided during the time of order.
I think the owner was present tonight - as he opened the bottle for me when I got up to ask, and then he also must have notified no bread as he asked if we wanted any. I appreciate his kindness and good service.
Upon leaving, there was a group of teens that entered the restaurant and blocked the entrance/exit. They seemed to only be there to chat with the employees.
And I politely asked to sneak past them to leave, It was responded with rudeness and aggression. Now, their behaviour is not the responsibility of the establishment, however the establishment should be maintaining a safe environment and this did not lend towards that.
Overall - I feel this dine in experience reminded me of a high school cafeteria, where the teenagers were left without teacher supervision and poor behaviour was the result.
I’d still order online to support a local business in the park - but this review will hopefully spark management into better training and customer experience quality...
