Flair Liquidation — Local services in South Industrial District

I went to the store and looked at a patio table that was listed on Marketplace. It was not clear that this was a store until I received a response. I drove from from north west Edmonton, the table listed was not easy to find in the "warehouse". The first person to help was a young man, who in the end was not helpful at all. Upon locating the table we discovered it isn't built, not a big deal. But the boxes were open and thing seemed disorganized. The warehouse has no lights, since the box was previously opened I was concerned for missing piece and asked about the return and exchange policy. It was extremely hard to see what I'm getting for $489. I asked about the return policy, three people started talking over each other and contradictory ways. From what I can gather everyhying is final sale because "they look at the manual" to determine if the parts are all there. Anyone who has every built furniture knows that they missing pieces are hard to determine until you are 2/3 done. There is complete lack of clarity regarding your return or exchange policy. As this is an brick and motar store, this is something that should be clear. The staff were rude and unhelpful, this "store" gave me bad feeling like the're trying to pull a fast one on the consumer. I walked away from the patio table I was intrested in because of the older lady and the two young people working just didn't make sense. A complete waste of time. This place is just a bunch of unorganized bins filled with opened boxes, dirty, broken, and downright trashy-looking items. It feels more like rummaging through a junkyard than shopping. If you’re looking for a deal, you’d have better luck at a garage sale.

It’s interesting that you deny having bins when your entire store is set up with bins full of mixed products, requiring customers to dig through packaging materials, boxes, and—yes—damaged or broken items. It’s not just “a bit dusty”; the lack of organization and cleanliness makes for an unpleasant shopping experience.

I regret not taking a photo, as that would make it harder for you to dismiss valid criticism as “false claims.” Instead of addressing concerns with constructive feedback, your response is defensive and passive-aggressive. A simple acknowledgment and effort to improve would go much further than trying to discredit customers.

If I could give zero star over here , I would . Unfortunately it’s one star I have to select . Worst customer service ever I have experienced. I bought a patio umbrella 20 days ago for $85 . The umbrella broke . When I went to the store complaining about it , the lady there said it’s only 7 days returns or exchanges and nothing can be done about it . She was very very rude , didn’t seem interested in her work at all . Zero respect for customers . I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone at all . There’s a reason they have 7 days return policy ,apparently the products are only going to last for 7 days . What else you can expect . There’s a reason these kind of stores are cheap .
