I was looking for a place to get Pho, I typed Pho into google maps and Co Do Hue came up, so off I went. I've been to their west location and done a review. Its more of a vietnamese resturaunt than a Pho resturaunt and no fault of Co Do Hue, they make good Pho, but I don't like that they don't have the sauces on the table, they don't give you much chili oil. In the future I've decided if there isn't chili oil and the regular sauces on the table, I'm out. The staff are nice the food was quick, but there's no option for a large Pho and the selection is limited. That said the meat was really good and a fair amount of it. If you want vietnamese food, go here, I'm just a dedicated Pho only guy and i wanted a large bowl and more Pho choices. Spring rolls were nice. 4 out of 5 stars because they only give you a tiny bowl of chili oil and that's not good.

Upon deciding where I wanted to go for my break during work hours, I settled upon trying this place since I was already in the community. My experience actually blew me away from virtually every aspect, starting with walking in to their quaint, yet beautiful restaurant decor & lush. I was greeted with a friendly smile very promptly and ordered their Spicy Noodle Soup bowl. It was presented to me beautifully as you can see, the portion size was great, the taste of everything in their soup was fresh & exquisite. Servers were kind enough to refill my water regularly & checking to see if everything was alright, the service of the staff went above & beyond. I'm excited to visit this place again and try a few more things when I get the chance, would highly recommend this to anyone, especially for a warm treat for those days when it's chilly out!

Just doing a shout out and thank you to Co Do Hue southside for their killer vegan options that they made special for me and a friend when we went there for a group dinner. The absolute best deep fried spicy tofu in the city (and I’ve tried them all) and a great stir fry with tofu! They said that they can cater to vegans with like a days notice (as they don’t have all of the stuff on hand constantly) and if there’s enough demand that they will add vegan items to the menu. Super cool folks and worth checking out (bring your omni friends/coworkers that are into well priced, tasty, authentic Vietnamese foods as well. Everyone in the group I was with was also raving about the food that they had). Give them some love! Seriously though, the deep fried tofu is addictive. I have had it a few times now and it is addictive.

Good place, great food and very attentive staff!

We were in town for a tournament and went here to eat dinner as it had great reviews and was a few blocks from our hotel. Individuals in our group had specific dietary concerns and one of the kitchen staff came out to check exactly who was gluten intolerant and who was vegetarian. She made sure to ask questions so that they could have any dishes ordered prepared properly and if it could not be done, to let us know. The level of attention and care to ensure that customers with food allergies and dietary needs are addressed was impressive.

Not to mention that their bún bò Huế (Hue's spicy noodle soup) was amazingly delicious! 😋 One of the best I've eaten in a very long time. The spring rolls was tasty too. Definitely a place that you MUST check out.

This may have been my first time eating here, but certainly won't be the last as I think I've found my go to place for vietnamese food when...

Absolutely delicious food. The best soup I have ever had. I even ordered something completely against what I wanted, and it was delicious. They shut me right up. Top notch and friendly staff. I don't visit this place anymore as I don't really understand the menu. If you order from skip, they don't charge a fee but the items are more expensive, so they do in fact charge a fee. Unless on the menu items are 20.34$, which is a really strange amount to charge. So I don't like paying more than I should because a shitty company wants a cut. Tis a shame because they make great food, but you can pay anywhere between 10-40$ more if you order through skip/doordash/the other one. Which is weird because they don't have fees, but they charge more. Weird world to live in. Companies making money off of take out food are actually causing people to not get takeout....
