THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. If I could give ZERO stars for their customer service I would. Placed an order from DoorDash for 2 hotdogs and a Canadian bacon panini (we’ll done). Order was delivered and we received 3 paninis (not well done) and no hotdogs (you get what your given I guess). I called them to find out what happened and the woman who answered the phone didn’t care we received the wrong order and was INCREDIBLY RUDE. She said her boss tells her what to make and she just made what she was told….it’s her bosses fault not hers. I asked if we could get the order re-delivered and she said “no we’re closing and I have to leave, I can’t help you”. I asked to her to call her boss and have them call me back please. She said “no I don’t have time I have to leave”. I asked that they kindly resolve the matter because it’s not the customers fault that the mistake was made. Her response was “I don’t have time for this, I have to go and I have to PEE, no time for you”. Then she just hung up the phone without taking down any of my information. NO ACCOUNTABLE AND NO CONCERN FOR THEIR CUSTOMER AT ALL. You place a specific order and they will just send out whatever they feel like sending you…and when you call to discuss it they don’t care and say “not my fault, sorry I have to go and pee” and hang up the phone. COMPLETELY...

You need Micaela and Joe’s food in your life. We hired them as a food truck for a my 40th birthday and had the most amazing experience. They parked in the driveway, said hello, and set up. We didn’t need to worry about a thing. They had it all handled. Our guests could NOT stop talking about the food! So delicious and fresh ingredients. We had paninis, poutine, and salad. The portions were super generous and the food came out so quickly. Plus they are both fantastic and professional people who are a pleasure to deal with, communicative, and amenable to dietary changes. To top it off, their prices so are reasonable. I was at the Father's Day fort Erie race track today I picked up three burgers two fries for $33 they were the cheapest food there and it was delicious I'd definitely eat there food again also the staff was very accommodating and fast for the line sizes thank you again to the young gentleman who gave me a to go bag and boxed it up for me and even topped up my food with ketchup so I didn't have to be in a big line thank you again man much respect. 10/10 service you guys definitely deserve my five...
