DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! Very poor customer service. The geeky punk kid behind the counter has ZERO people skills as he talks down to customers and speaks to them like their idiots.
I went there 2 weeks ago to buy an rf switch for my old Sega I had laying around in which this punk kid sold me one and assured me it would work. A few days later I went to hook up my Sega only to find that this rf switch didn't work properly. I finally returned to the store about 2 weeks after purchase to either return it or exchange it for one that does work. This punk kid tells me I have a 3 day exchange period and that he will only give me a store credit which he doesn't have to at all but he will do it this one time only talking to me like I'm an idiot. I work for a living as well as having a big family so this was the first chance I had to stop in as a $7 return wasn't at the top of my list of priorities. I tell him there's nothing there I want and I just want my money back or an exchange and not to give me an attitude about it. He continues to gives me attitude saying he's not doing either now than takes my purchase in the bag and tosses it at me. Upon asking for business owners name, he refused and continued to give me attitude in which words were exchanged and I walked out.
I'm not quite sure what has happened to decent and credible customer service these days but this punk kid by no means defines that and how he has a job in a customer based industry is beyond me. I will never do business with this establishment again nor will I ever refer anyone here as well as deter anyone who is thinking about going here. Very piss poor service and this kid needs a rude awakening for sure. Maybe his mommy never loved him enough as a little boy I don't know but he certainly needs to develop people skills or something. Hopefully business owner reads this and deals with this punk kid accordingly.

Okay , so here we go. To whomever was working Thursday at 3pm you need to be retrained in customer service cause I would never treat one of my customers the way you treated me and my wife.
We got greeted at the door yes but everything went south after that , barely spending 10 mins in the store has now led me to never return , and trust me I am no stranger to spending money on games.
I simply asked to see a couple games and for some reason he decided to release a full body huff n puff followed up with a "yep".
He then interrupts me to say "are you going to ask if they're complete cause they are." Then I say "well okay I still would like to see what I'm buying" . Then he replies with "that's fine but I don't want you touching it , incase you damage it" 'Instert eye roll' the game in mention here was 59.99. No words were said after that but a 'yea bye' . I don't know if this person was already having a bad day or not but what I do know is that when you're at work you don't take your day to day out on the customer's.

The man working this evening was very rude and should not be working with customers in any capacity. I suspect he is the same employee that many previous reviews have complained about ā just take a look through the other reviews and youāll see what I mean.
He tried to make me look silly for spending money on Nintendo games. After I made a joke that I spend too much on retro Nintendo titles, he told me I sound irresponsible and seem like an āeight-year-old.ā I tried to change the subject by asking if heās bought a Switch 2, to which he told me thatās a āsuckerās machineā and he canāt stand āNintendo fanboys,ā knowing full well Iām clearly a big fan of Nintendo.
To be clear, I donāt care if other people donāt like or support Nintendo. Thatās up to you and Iām always open to chat about various preferences⦠thatās what makes the gaming community so diverse and fun. But insulting a customer and attempting to belittle them is where I draw the line.
