Only giving one star so my complaint will be published . I purchased some lotto tickets and received a couple winning tickets one free draw and a 2 dollar win I got encore on the one ticket I gave the bullyish manager a 20 dollar bill she gave me back 7 dollars . I questioned her about my change .she gave me amother 2 dollar's. Still confused I moved away from the counter .I came back to the counter and questioned my change .she said give me back the 4 dollars and I will give you a 5 dollar bill . Something was still wrong .she was fluffing me off waiting on other customers .I asked for the receipt. On the receipt it says I purchased 15 one dollar lotto tickets with a 2 dollar win which equels 15 dollars minus 2 dollars equals 13 dollars .I gave a 20 dollar bill .she gave me back 7 dollars .I purchased a 649 ticket with encore and a lotto ticket with encore plus I won 2 dollars and a free play ,which I also got the encore for. I gave her a 20 I should have got 11 dollars back She refused to help with this delima . Being ruDE but apologizeing saying people make mistakes . I am owed one measly dollar from this location . I would not be complaing but the managers rude attitude made the rest of my day seem confusing and unreal I have contacted the lotto and your main office in Jordan . We will see if I can be returned my one measly dollar and this manager needs classes on how to respect people as I respected her on this 4/12/22 2:45 experience . Be careful when buying gift cards from this location. I purchased gift cards for Christmas and paid for them through debit to realize 3 of them were not activated properly. Was told by rude staff that they were and to contact the number on the cards..we did that's how we found out they were not activated. Was told manager would have to check it out. Called again and spoke to rude manager to be told the head office has to look into it. That was over a week ago. How hard is it..I have receipt that I paid for them and I have the print outs for all the other ones. Long story short I've paid for them so how hard is it to activate them properly!!
