Possibly the most unethical, disrespectful and illogical pizza pizza that ever existed. The whole franchise is lacking in customer service. Even when I was at the store receiving the wrong order, another customer had an issue with the phone support placing a wrong order to the store. I simply wanted 20 wings tossed half honey garlic and half Buffalo sauce, I even told them when I walked in before he tossed it what I wanted. Also complained about previous orders of breaded wings being drenched in Buffalo sauce that the breading was so saugy and steamed after pickup that the wings tasted like soggy bread and had no crisp. Why would I order breaded wings if I wanted them to taste and feel like they were boiled in a pot? There is no care or attention to customers. Everything i said clearly went through one ear and out the other. So I drove home and noticed the sauce was incorrect. They obviously didn't want to admit even tho all they had to do was look at the order on screen from the app. I wanted half honey garlic and half Buffalo sauce but didn't want to pay extra for another dip and couldn't find the special instructions section anywhere in the all so I came in and asked in person. Another unethical and stupid business decision on their behalf to give one sauce with ten wings but not 2 sauces with 20 wings. How does that even make sense? I explained everything to the gentleman working and still have two hot sauces, half drenched with sauce and half normal. Maybe he thought when I asked no to drench them in sauce he thought I wanted half normally tossed so my wings aren't soggy and half drenched so I'm eating boiled bread. All I told them listen why are we even having this discussion? Look at the order I clearly wanted honey garlic sauce and u literally put a packet of honey garlic sauce so u can toss it instead. I dunno if they're smoking something in there or didn't complete their pizza and wing college yet but honestly there is no logical thinking, business or humane morals going on in there. Then after driving back to the store to fix the order. They have the nerve to say ok we will throw out ten of the hot off the top (even tho the bottom ones were the soggy ones and I told them no soggy wings 1 million times cuz every time I don't it ends up being soggy) and throw them out and make new 10 of honey garlic. Like what?????? So the rest can just cool down that are soggy and I said numerous times I don't want and eat them cold after? If the sauce was so special to u guys and u feel the need to play your penny game of lies that I can't stand no more, then why in the world would u cover them in so much sauce that they are literally swimming in sauce? Clearly thats a waste of sauce them and a hypocritical action. And then another employee maybe probably the manager because he wasn't dressed to code says, "well u know we have creamy garlic and honey garlic sauces?" .....what??! What does that have to do with anything? Imagine say it again check the original order and who gets their wings tossed in creamy garlic mayo sauce? Like common there is no logic amongst most business these days and its so sad. Once I heard they were going to throw their precious money making products in the garbage and make me wait while other one is getting cold, I knew I wasn't dealing with humans anymore. Its so sad how nobody has logic or dignity left but won't admit to any mistakes they make? Nothing about this whole experience makes sense. I even tip the guy that works there 5 bucks every other time cuz I felt bad since he always seemed busy with no help. And yet he can't even give a returning customer what he simply asked for or doesn't even want to listen to what I'm saying. This started over me trying to save a couple bucks on sauce over a stupid rule they have at pizza pizza and it turned into the most frustrating night in a long time. Why would u charge extra for breaded wings and charge extra for sauce when ordering more wings? Why do u think its sufficient to give one sauce for 10wings and the same amount of sauce for 20 wings? You honestly think one tiny packet of sauce can cover 20 wings? If you knew how to make and sauce wings properly in the first place then maybe you wouldn't have so many problems and developed such ridiculous rules that make zero sense. Is it so hard for you guys just to toss the wings properly in the first place. It makes zero sense to charge customers for sauce when placing a bigger order that makes you more money when you end up wasting more sauce by oversaucing them when you toss them. I honestly don't understand what you guys are even thinking at your location. It's an insult to charge so much for wings and still be greedy and hypocritical over sauce afterwards. I give up and boycott this store. They don't care when it comes to wings and neither does corporate management when it comes to your rules. And you guys are making the big bucks? For what? Read moreI ordered a stuffed crust pizza last night, when it arrived it was a mess in a box , slices were squished together and all to one side. I called pizza pizza asking this to be fixed, the pizza looked even a bit under cooked as well on top of it coming looking like someone dropped it. The 2nd pizza arrived, my Nana I live with answered before I got there and she opened the 2nd pizza to find the same thing happened to this one. She told him to take it back and make a new one. Well the driver most likely knowing it was his fault never came back. Yeah my Nana should have called the 2nd time not just told him to send it back but we were just so appalled at this point we werent thinking clearly. Until it dawned on me this morning that the delivery driver probably never informed his boss the 2nd pizza was also a mess so he wouldn't get in trouble. Anyway I will ensure that no one I know, family or friends, ever buys another single item from Pizza Pizza. I had such bad service I might even spend a few days outside of the restaurant with a sign picketing the poor customer service. This was the most frustrating and disgusting example of how poor customer service has gotten. The driver should be fired and the store should reimburse me fully for the pizza I paid for because this was utterly ridiculous. My order was on Wednesday November 1st around 6 or 7 pm at night and I ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni bacon and olives pizza (incase you try to comment back and claim that you couldn't even find my order or some other lie there it is.)
