To the good, our daughter under two had a rollicking good time for 2 hours. admission was 10 bucks for our daughter, and free for my wife and i, making it an incredibly affordable afternoon out. Some of the toys were particularly great! My daughter loved a stroller with a baby in it, and the drum set. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
To the bad, the place is located in an industrial area that is very high traffic with no sidewalks. This would be the perfect spot for winter activity, but if it snows, there's no way we'll ever be able to get there. There's no snack bar, coffee counter, or anything for adults. You can order something in if you want, but it would be nice to have something on site. Also and futile as it may be, there need to be more staff going around and keeping the play areas organized. Also very annoying, there are short overhead beams, and numerous adult sized places that are very short. This makes it difficult for me to carry my daughter around on my shoulders.
Ultimately, our daughters enjoyment Trump's the logistical inconvenience, but it would still be nice if they thought a little bit about parents when they put...

I thought this place is great, My kids did throughly enjoy playing here! Lot to keep them busy, different areas for imaginative play! Some areas that i believe that could be improved to make going here a happy, smoother experience are;
*Sanitize bins for toys that have gone in little mouths. *An employee going around to organize the toys in areas with the small toys ( grocery area and the resturant) It was a bit all over the place.
There must not have been a limit to the amount of people allowed in because it was extremely packed to where we left early... Bathrooms are not in the playtown but in the building. And they are NOT child friendly. (No change table, sinks are high up and no stepping stools. No family bathroom. ) Masks are also mandatory for children 5 and up (which makes sense) but had no option to purchase or obtain them on site in case the parent had none available to them. Potentially causing a child to be upset and having to leave...
Read moreWe took the kids (ages 5 and 6) here today for the first time and were blown away. Over and above our expectations. With the whole covid situation we were a little nervous as we haven't taken the kids anywhere like this in over a year. Everything was clean and well taken care of. You could tell the place was properly sanitized before we arrived. We have taken the kids to cheeky monkeys in the past and though they had fun we would hear "I'm bored" every so often. Today, we had our scheduled time for 1hr and 30min and the whole time the kids were entertained and the time flew by. We have already booked in for our next play time. The adults had fun too! I also loved how they had a seating area for parents with a large tv that showed video footage in all the play rooms so you can keep an eye on your kids while relaxing. Worth every penny and the kids were exaughsted afterwards...which as every parent knows is the key to a...
