Was excited to find out this past week that BK had opened in East end Unfortunately, we won't be back Went twice this week 1st visit was Wed Jun 15 with my daughter Service was slow even though not too many customers inside or at drive through All employees were working on drive thru order or home delivery orders Waited several minutes for order to be taken No greeting or acknowledgement when you walk in to let you know they will be right with you Employees are hard to understand and have hardtime understanding customers Employees speak poor English We had to repeat order Ate inside It was very warm like ac not working Tables not cleaned and decor is very plain and blah My daughter's Whopper Jr had hardly any condiments on it yet works was requested Food otherwise ok 2nd visit was Jun 19 around 1:30 pm Spouse and I went spur of the moment Again waited several minutes near counter before order taken yet no one ahead of us except person waiting for their order to be filled Again no acknowledgement nor greeting while we waited Girl finally came to take our order after spouse called out for service I was ready to walk out and we should have Several employees working but no one concerned with front counter Man standing at counter waiting for home delivery order He too was annoyed and was kept waiting longer than appropriate We had to repeat our order 2 or 3 times because of language barrier We paid and stood aside then we were called back to counter a minute later by different employee to verify our order Oddly she called us by an order no but we had not been given one nor recd any receipt Employee had difficulty understanding us and she was hard to understand None of them spoke good English Place was almost empty of customers 2 ladies at one table My spouse and I at another 2 employees on break at another 2 guys in line after we were served standing at counter waiting to be served We sat at table and were then waved over to get order Spouse asked for salt and ketchup as none offered When he got to table he noticed onions rings he had ordered were missing He went back to counter and spoke to same lady She looked at his bill and said no rings on receipt He was not charged He explained he repeated order 2-3 times and large rings ordered She was rude so I went to counter She kept saying not charged We repeated he wants rings We will pay for them now No apologies no nothing Just rude and unfriendly staff When rings were ready I went to counter and asked for name of manager Lady went to speak to other lady at back and they chatted before coming to talk to me I obtained name of day manager and of lady who served us and said we would not be back due to terrible service. Again no apology from either one The man was still waiting for the home delivery order 2 ladies seated at other table came and told us that their order had also been messed up What a disappointing outing Never again Day manager should have been ensuring counter was being looked after and customers greeted and tables cleaned They weren't even busy enough to justify poor service They dont even deserve 1 star It was like no one knew what they were doing nor cared to be there. Poor them. Owner had better fix this soon or they will lose out to very nearby and well established Wendys, Tim Hortons, Arbys, A&W, or McDonalds Next time we will go to Ontario St BK location where service has never been a problem. Read moreI am a huge fan of burger king. When they were constructing this location I was excited for the chance to buy burger king everyday, I would have been a loyal daily customer. Unfortunately every time I ordered there I would come home to find something made incorrectly. Literally every time food ordered from this location something was wrong. So drive back to rectify the issue and their solution is to make the 1 burger again while all the other food goes cold. Every time it is remade they would remake it wrong with no cheese or mayo or whatever, at that point I would give up on trying to get what I paid for. If you go in the store you may find other people lined up with similar issues of something made incorrectly or something not included in the bag. I would also request to make my order fresh, and not microwaved, as per request they would ask me to pull over and wait, which I have no problems with. But when the food is microwaved it is hot in the bag, but when I arrive home it is cold and tastes bad, not fresh. I would have given this location hundreds of dollars a month, but the employees and staffs lack of passion for making food properly has driven me away to where I am writing this review. Read moreTerrible...waited over 15 min to order(I was the 3rd car) the person taking my order told me to wait mid way through ordering and took a few minutes to come back to me. When I got to the window she did not place the milkshake in the drink tray properly and low and behold it tipped all over me and my car as she watched the shake dripping off my arm and me holding the tray out for her to assist she said "oh was it not in there properly sorry" and walked away. I had to call her over to ask for napkins as I was drenched and my car was sopping with sticky milkshake. She did not offer to replace the milkshake and I had to ask for napkins 3 times as she only gave me a minimum amount each time. Needless to say not impressed I had to shower when I got home and change my clothes top to bottom.
