This is for a gentleman that was working the drive-thru window today just before 10am.
I ordered breakfast for someone else and my dog's first pupichino. When he handing me the drink, a cold java something, I was distracted by my dog having his first pupichino and BEING DISTRACTED, I grabbed the drink by the lid and squeezed it to grip it. I SQUEEZED the plastic lid of a heavy drink and it fell into my lap and seat.
He seemed very sorry but IT WAS MY FAULT. As I waited for it to be remade, thank you, I was cleaning out the drivers side and he came out to see if I was ok. So sweet.
Point of this is to let him know that sometimes customers do stupid things. It was not his fault, I was distracted and stupid.
The whole team was great this morning. From being asked how I was when I ordered to having everything brought out to me as I cleaned my Jeep.
Again, please let him know that he was great and sometimes customers are just stupid. He seemed to feel so bad and all actions that caused the the drink to spilll in my lap...

I was served a coffee with grinds floating in it. The Barista pointed the floating beans, and asked me if I still wanted it. Um this is Starbucks, not Tim Horton's, or Coffee Time. He said that he can brew me a new on, but it would take 3 mins, Well I did not have 3 minutes. So you would think that the coffee would be taken off my order, nope. The barista just turned around and went about his business. I paid and left. Needless to say I am not impressed. I manage a retail store with over 20 employees, If I ever found out that this type of customer service was happening, they would be written up on the spot. Let's do Better Starbucks on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI donāt usually leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to say something. This Starbucks used to be my go-to since it opened, but not anymore. Recently, I ordered refreshers a couple of times, and both times they were missing the dried fruit.
The first time, I got a pineapple refresher, and it didnāt have any dried pineapples. When I asked about it, they just said, "Oh, we ran out." I was surprised but didnāt want to waste time, so I let it go.
The second time, I ordered a strawberry acai refresher, and again, no dried strawberries. When I asked, the barista said, "Oh, no one really puts them in, so I didnāt add any," and she fixed my drink.
I just wanted my drink made the way itās supposed to be. I really hope they can get it together because I miss the quality I used...
