David is hands down the best realtor in yeg. The expansive knowledge and wisdom he has about the industry is amazing. The meticulous effort he put into finding our home was by far the best. As first time home buyers he really helped us overcome some nervous times and tough emotional periods. Went out of his way in everything and always assured us to stay calm, not to stress and that he is there for us, and shared his knowledge about the little things in homes that most buyers may not pay attention to or overlook. Every home we walked in he took his own time and looked for any details and possible problems and let us know if it was good or not. Most realtors just care about the $$$.
