⭐️ Worst Boston Pizza Experience Ever!
This was hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had at any Boston Pizza. Visited this location on November 1, 2025 with four friends — and I honestly regret it.
We ordered drinks first — they came late, with an apology (fine, mistakes happen). Then we ordered our food: cactus cuts, three different pastas, a pizza, and chicken tacos. After 20 minutes, the server comes and says there’s some “issue in the kitchen” and food will take longer. We were patient. Then another 25 minutes passed — still no food.
Finally, the pizza and one pasta show up — both completely overloaded with salt. Way more than normal. We sent them back. Still waiting for the rest. When the other items finally arrived, the chicken tacos (which we specifically ordered breaded) came grilled instead. After waiting over an hour and getting wrong, oversalted food, I was beyond frustrated.
I called the server (Jiji) and asked why the tacos weren’t what we ordered — instead of apologizing or fixing the mistake, she actually said:
“I don’t know, I don’t make the food in the kitchen.” Seriously? That’s your response?
And then, to make it worse, she told us:
“I’ll just bring your bill — you can eat at home.”
WHAT? Excuse me?! That’s how you talk to customers after messing up their entire order?
I asked to speak with the manager — turns out, the manager (Melvin) was even worse. Instead of coming to listen, he walks up and starts arguing, saying, “She’s crying in the back — what did you say to her?” Like seriously? Maybe listen to your customers before defending bad service.
When I explained what happened, he actually said,
“It’s impossible your food took that long.” Impossible? We literally waited an hour!
Melvin was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. No sense of customer service at all. And then he had the nerve to try charging us for food we didn’t even eat!
I’m not sure who thought this guy should be managing a restaurant, but he clearly has no clue how to handle customers or lead a team.
⚠️ Do NOT visit this location. If you do, better just eat whatever they dump on your table and don’t you dare complain — because apparently, if you don’t like the food, it’s your fault.
After dealing with Melvin, it’s crystal clear why the staff acts the way they do. Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish....

When we arrived we were sat at our table, but did not have someone come greet us or take our order for 25 minutes. The server that saw us said that we weren’t in her section but saw that we had not been seen so she was going to help out. She also mentioned that she inquired about our table in the back to the other servers and no one took accountability for our table being in their section or the fact we had not been seen. When it came to bills the server may have misunderstood us but there was three iterations of bills that were brought to us with none of them being correct. My friend also ordered an individual sized pizza and received small. She was billed for the small which is more expensive even though she had not ordered that size. After bringing up the issues to the server she was very kind but seemed hesitant to fix the issue. She went to the back multiple times initially stating that her manager was on a 15 minute break, then stating that she couldn’t find the manager, then that the other servers in the back were “getting annoyed” that she was trying to fix the bills and reprint them. She did offer a friends and family discount for the wrong price of the pizza, but then seemed to rescind the offer. In the end she seemed very flustered and kept on bringing up why it was so hard to reprint the bills. My friend felt very pressured and guilted to just leave it alone. The server kept bringing up that if we “really wanted to fix the bills” she could go get the manager, but made it very clear that it was an inconvenience. We ended up just paying for the food as it was showing up on the bills even though it was incorrect and the pizza was still the incorrect price. Kiki's knowledge of the menu and her enthusiasm in discussing the day's specials, particularly the wings on Wednesday offer, were commendable. Her ability to communicate the details with such gusto made it an easy choice for us, and indeed, the wings did not disappoint.
The excellence of Kiki's service continued as the meal progressed. The food, commendably prepared and presented, was a gastronomic delight. Kiki conducted a timely quality check after our meals were served, a testament to her dedication to customer satisfaction. This proactive approach allowed us to share our positive feedback on the spot, affirming that everything was to our liking and that the food met the high standards we had anticipated.
Furthermore, Kiki's attentiveness to detail was evident in her initiative to refill our iced teas without the need for a request. This gesture, though seemingly small, significantly contributed to the seamless flow of our dining experience, ensuring that our needs were met with minimal disruption.
In conclusion, our visit to Boston Pizza was markedly improved by Kiki's outstanding service. Her professionalism, coupled with a genuinely friendly attitude, created a memorable experience that not only met but exceeded our expectations. It is servers like Kiki who embody the essence of excellent customer service, making them invaluable assets to their establishments.
